Our Story
The Table by Gabrielle is a curated tabletop rental collection rooted in a love of food, gathering, and beautiful things. Founded by Gabrielle Burt, who grew up in small-town Georgia and now works as a private chef in the Colorado mountains, the collection is filled with pieces that feel playful, personal, and a little unexpected — from patterned plates and scalloped edges to colorful glassware and rich linens.
In Georgia, hospitality was simply part of life. Food was meant to be shared, tables were meant to be gathered around, and the details mattered. After building a career in food, Gabrielle created The Table as a natural extension of that world — bringing the same warmth, creativity, and sense of occasion to weddings, dinner parties, and celebrations throughout Colorado.
The result is a collection that feels collected rather than matched: bold, romantic, slightly quirky, and never too serious.
